What Is Home Watch Service?
Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Visits vary in frequency depending on homeowners needs. However, most are scheduled weekly or twice per month.
I Have a Home Alarm — Isn't That Enough?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. Alarm systems are great but there is nothing like a real live person walking your home or property, checking for signs of human or animal intrusion, storm damage, checking alarm systems, smoke and CO2 alarms, heating and air conditioning, heating fuel levels, blown fuses, power outages, water damage, molds and pests, windows and doors, sinks and toilets for leaks, fences, gate locks, general appearance and signs of septic leakage where septic systems exist.

Discovering An Attic Intrusion
