A Home Watch Check is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
Paladin is owned and operated by me, Len Blaney, a local Plymouth resident.
I personally perform every home check visit myself.
I have no employees so your home is not checked by some stranger or random employee that you don't know and who likely doesn't have the same level of commitment to you or your home. Nor do they likely have the experience or my level of knowledge in property care and maintenance that can truly come in handy when and if an emergency or problem arises and it's needed the most.
Plymouth is a large town geographically. By purposely limiting the communities of Plymouth that I serve to just 3 sections, it reduces travel time and allows me to focus on providing home checks in more condensed sections at an affordable price for the homeowner.

Unfortunately, the answer is no.
Alarm systems are great and a nice compliment to your homes systems but there is nothing like a real live person walking your home or property, checking for signs of human, or animal intrusion, storm damage, testing alarm system, testing smoke and CO2 alarms, checking heating and air conditioning, heating fuel levels, blown fuses, power outages, water damage, molds and pests, windows and doors, sinks and toilets for leaks, fences, gate locks, general appearance and signs of septic leakage where septic systems exist.
Its not just the 2 legged intruder you might need to be concerned about.
The 4 legged ones like the raccoon I found in one Pinehills home last winter can potentially do a lot of damage and be quite costly. The sooner the problem is discovered, the quicker you can mitigate its damaging impact.
No need to worry, your in good hands.
I provide Basic & Comprehensive Home Checks options as well as additional services. I will visit your home for a Home Check, complete our check list, take photo's if needed, perform special requests and more; and I can email you a complete report if requested.
If a problem should arise I will notify you immediately.
